This page explains what information Ayla Distillery collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain, because that's how we'd want it explained to us.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you enter it in one of our sign-up forms.
- Basic usage data when you visit — pages viewed, general location (city/region), device and browser type, and how you arrived. This comes from Google Analytics and is collected using cookies.
How we use it
- To send you the occasional update we promised — when the tasting room opens and when event dates are released. Nothing else.
- To understand how people find and use the site, so we can make it better.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use two service providers to run the site:
- Formspree processes our sign-up forms and delivers your email to us.
- Google Analytics provides the usage statistics described above.
Each handles data under its own privacy terms.
Cookies
Google Analytics places cookies on your device to measure site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on to opt out of Analytics across all sites.
Your choices
- Email: every message we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.
- Analytics: use the browser and opt-out options above.
California residents
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request that we delete it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email us at the address below and we'll respond as required by law.
Children
This site is intended for adults of legal drinking age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
